I love kimchi! Twice a month (with each paycheck) I go to this tiny little basement oriental store that sells homemade kimchi in quart jars. I buy a quart jar and a package of sushi for dinner. I try to make my kimchi last two weeks but it doesn't very often. Do you have a recipe for homemade kimchi?

No i do not eat it and I cannot stand the smell of it. I live with a Korean foreign exchange student and she loves to eat is 24/7! I keep telling myself that I have 2 more months until I move out and never have to smell kimchi again.

Get this I used to work with a korean girl in a Chinese Rest. She made it a couple of time but never told me what it was till I ate it one day. I love it! But she said the trick was to wash it first so she gave me a bowl with water.
