You would only feel it if you were low down, say under 100ft from the ground. Otherwise the air compresses and absorbs the slight pressure from the earthquake (love the spelling!) when you're at high altitude. At the very worst you might get a bit of turbulence, but it probably wouldn't even be noticeable amongst regular wind buffetting.

By the way, cruising altitude can be anything from a few thousand feet to 45,000 feet (or sometimes more) depending on the weather, the flight path, the direction of travel, the air controller on duty, the length of flight, the pilots, whether the cabin is pressurised or not, etc, etc.

Earth quakes can only be felt when you are on the ground (on the earth lol). You would not feel an earthquake at 35,000 feet (the cruising altitude for airlines) in the air.

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't feel a thing because I'd be in the air.
