I take a few "one daily" vitamins such as iron, calcium, b complex, and so forth. My husband says I must take them in the morning, but I don't think it matters. My body needs the vitamins to be healthy, they really aren't for immediate energy or pain relief, just vitamins. I don't eat breakfast so I would have to take them on an empty stomach if I took them in the morning and it causes some slight cramping.

I much rather take them at night!
Just wanted some feedback, thanks in advance!

Oh course they will digest better with food, that's my whole point!

Take them with a glass of milk or something similar in the morning because the extra vitamins that doesn't get absorbed by your body will just sit in your bladder all night and some of those are kind of acidic so it eats at your bladder and will cause problems later on.
