Not a large nation and over a billion people! They critique like that becuase they obnoxious! If they dont like it move back to where they came from!

There are less opportunities in India, hence they flock to another country for a job. They naively believe that the new country will be full of milk and honey, available freely. When the see the reality, that they have fallen 'from the pot to the fire' they realise that the facts are far from the dreams. Instead of accepting the reality, they criticise, complain etc.
The fact is the whole world is the same, there is no paradise on earth, maybe it exists on another plane or planet.

Everybody knows how cheap labour in India is. In another country there is possibility of earning more money. Even a person having a mediocre job abroad can think of bringing back the money to India , building their home and leading a happy life.
Of course an he will always yearn to be back in his country. They always will plan of returning to their homeland and in most cases wont make the foreign country their permanent home. They will always feel good about India and want everything like it.This is the reason for their criticising.

because they want to get rich, and foreign countries pay better than what they get at home. Also, they face problems like water and power shortages in India.They feel they get rewarded for their work abroad, not at home. But , they will abuse the country they work in because they miss India, but in India they will praise the foreign nation where they worked and criticise India! Don't take it personally.

To earn more money once for all ,get back to India after few years and make a decent living with a own business and own house and with their loving family till the end of their life.

It is not for salary alone .In india there is no right for independant work. Government servants are bound by conduct rules and corporate servants are bound by corporate rules .There is neither scope nor encouragement for originality.Unless you have a god father behind you you cannot achieve any thing.Any ione who says he /she has done it is telling a white lie. All that is missing in India is availble abroad .so they go out though they would like to remain here
