My b/f and i have been together for a long time. He asked me what my sexual fantasies were and i told him and he fulfilled them all of them! Well his one sexual fantasy is a 3some he told me he is not begging it's something that if i want to do it it's fine with him but he wanted me to know that there is no pressure and he hasn't mentioned since than which was like 4 months ago. I want to let him know i care enough about him to make his fantasies come true should i do it for him?

If you feel comfortable with it, and you have a desire to explore that side of yourself, then go for it. But don't just do it to fullfill his fantasy. And be warned, it may lead to problems in your relationship.

First of all love let me tell you this fact: Every red blooded, hetero-sexual male on this planet has the same fantasy of having two women at once. If you are hesitant about it in even the least way then don't do it.

Every normal guy has this fantasy. Few guys or relationships survive it. If your together a long time save it for a special time far from home so the back lash can't hit you as hard.
