my fiancee`s ex girlfriend and Mom of his son, is keeping the child from him and talking trash about me and my children and our family. If my fiancee tries to contact her to find out about the child, she threatens to get a restraining order and other crap. theres so much more to say but its all so hopeless....... what do you all think? My fiancee` just wants to be a dad. He so loves his kids. how do i help him?

she wants to make it so he can't see or spend time with him at all. there is not visitation set up because she refused to go to mediation twice, the second one was court ordered and she still refused it. They did have a verbal agreement for my fiancee` to see him every other weekend but she stopped them because the child cried every time we would take him to get in the car. (seperation anxioty- can't spell sorry)
She has the child call her boyfriend Dad.
She loves to talk about us online and about her bi-sexual lifesyle and her boyfrinds bi-sexual lifestyle, Sigh, seems so unfair to us.

Oh, and he does pay child support. So many people say he has rights but how does he get them? the courts really don't help guys that want to step up. He would even like to have custody of his son if he could. We wish we could get a lawyer but we don't have money or the energy for a long court battle.

Support and love your finace through this and help him find a good lawyer and have him take her to court for visitation rights to his kids. She has no right to keep them from seeing him. This is not fair to the kids and to their dad. Why is she threatening him with a restraining order if i may ask?

Look, don't worry about a guy whose willing to take care of his child. She can't get any lawful support without his having visiting privileges, so, just hold on she'll come around real fast once she figures this out.

theres nothing u can do here, the object of her hatred seems to be u. she is jealous, wants him back, and is hurt that he is now with u. she will use the kids as pawns in this. u really need to stay out of it as much as possible.

Be supportive of him keep his spirits up and fill him with hope, stand behind him 110% and let him know that u care and are willling to fight with him.

if he is daddy of the year it is his responsibility to deal with the x so that he can see the children.
who are they talking trash about you to? sounds like these are the people starting trouble.
his relationship with his x is none of your business stay out of it!!!
if you really want to help him, hand him a phone book and point out the section labeled attorneys!

go to court and have visitations installed, then he can see his kids and she can't do anything about it
