Eat alot of food, drink alot of milkshakes or malt shakes. Ice cream and donuts are great for weight gain. Basically you have to eat 3500 calories in order to gain 1 pound.

Eat a lot of pasta/potatoes meals. They are high in carb starches, and will help put on the pounds. If you don't drink a lot of water, try to up your water intake to at least 6 cups of water a day (should be 8). If you are dehydrated at all, your body will gain the water weight that it should have.

I find that cheeses tend to put weight on me...especially mozzerella and cream cheese...eat a good amount of those as well.

eating alot more than normal is obviously the way to do it, but what you eat will also determine how much your body retains...focus on carbohydrates, your body stores carbs.... dont go crazy with protein, your body only uses protein for about 4 hours after ingesting protein and then discards it.... definetly dont eat alot of food with saturated fat, you dont want to make your body's cholesterol and blood pressure go up too much.... its all about the carbs.... like someone previously posted, drink more water for sure....what are you trying to gain weight for?

Eat more fat than you burn naturally. Look at the nutrition facts on boxes, next to the amount of fat it will have a percentage. Eat larger amounts of fat than these percentages recommend.
