What is the most effective/quickest way to get a flatter stomach/ abs. I know to cut out the soda which i've already done but what workouts are good and what other foods should i stay away from??

stay away from enriched flour products and high fructose syrup. Also do cardio like running or spinning 3 times a week for 30 mins straight to see results on your stomach. And to tone the abs i suggest you do some pilates.

go into a punch up position and just stand there. then pull ur belly button towards ur spine, so like suck in, and it works that bottom part of ur stomach that makes u look thinner. also, if u have like a broom handle or something of the sort. lie on ur back with the pole in top of u across ur chest. with one of ur legs, do a cruch, and bring the pole around and under ur leg. then bring it out and lay back down. do the same with the other leg, then to the move with both legs at the same time.
