My boyfriend and I have been together for about six months now and we just moved in together a week or so ago. I love him very much but his real flaw I am finding is that he is reallly selfish. He claimed he had no $$ for valentines day and then he turned around a bought a $50 concert ticket. He told me he would buy me a tickect to the opening baseball game this year and when I brought it up to him again so I could take off work, he said he wasnt going to buy my ticket cause he would rather buy himself a better seat that would be more expensive then have me come and have to sit farther away. I havent had any money cause we just moved in together and I spent hundreds of dollars on stuff for our place. Not to mention, he barely gets into foreplay...he is so selfish! I dont know if I can be with someone like this! What should I do about this???

Leaving him isnt much of an option. He is very kind outside of this flaw and nobody is perfect. I want to know how to deal with him. Should I expect him to change?

Go right up to him and say "You are selfish! You only care about yourself. I will give you one more chance to be nice, but I really don't want to be with someone like you." then. if he is mean again, dump him! Come right out and dump him! A man has to care about his girlfriend.

well...honestly,if you can do it,you should break up with him.coz he's doin sth that you cant bear,and this is his personality!!!Maybe he really loves you,but love is not everything.I think love involves sacrifices,like how we treat our family members.What's the point of being with him when he doesnt even care about your feelings?he doesnt even try hard.Love shouldn't be one-way.You may think about changing him,well you could try.At least you have done sth.But the results may be discouraging,then it will be the time you give up
