what are the best workouts for the back of your thigh and the inside of your thigh that are really effective and you can feel/see results fast?

I've been Jazzercising for over 6 years and it's an effective way to tone up every part of your body. It's fun and not very expensive...check it out. The music is great too...if you like to dance, you'd love it.

Try squatting,as if your gonna sit down.You can take a chair and go down just until you sit on it.Thats how I do it.Or maybe some lunges I heard that works.Good luck

on hands and knees.....raise and straighten one leg....hold for 10 sec...switch.....repeat for back of thigh
