Use a good moisturizer or I suggest you try using Zenmend Derma Lotion from Zenmed or Autopalm from Skinstore.com.
Zenmend has no side effects and it's non-irritant to the
skin. It's proven to works fast and it povides Maximum

Weather and environment have a lot to do with dry skin. However, this is mainly because people tend to use body and hand lotions that contain ingredients that cause irritation and dryness (chemicals, wax, dyes, fragrances, animal products or bi-products, alcohol, acetone, or mineral oil). Products that contain mineral oil for example, sit on the top layer of your skin like saran wrap and just get wiped off over time. These only give a temporary feeling of softness and give little to no benefit long term. You need water based products that will penetrate the dermis and deeply condition your skin leaving it looking and feeling hydrated and healthy. I recommend Arbonne as they formulate all of their products with natural botanicals that are beneficial for all skin types and will not cause dryness or irritation. They are pure, safe, and beneficial. We have products for the whole family! If you're open to trying free samples, I'll be happy to send you some.

Drink more water. I know it sounds simple, and it is, but drinking an extra half liter of water a day will make a big difference. Also, use Cetaphil when you wash your skin. It cleans your skin really well without drying it out too much. Just use a little bit, and leave a thin layer on your skin.

Is it just dry skin? No case of eczema or psoriasis?
Here are a few tips:
1) Drink sufficient water every day.
2) Use oils over lotions or creams on your skin. A good example is neem oil or emu oil.
3) Take short showers and not long baths.

I had really dry skin and it was because of hypothyroidism. It can also be from not drinking a full 8 glasses of water. You could all also have ecesma. You may want to see a doctor to get it checked out.

Thyroid disease is one of the most common health problems we face today. From a practical standpoint, there are many ways to approach this issue. Learn here https://tr.im/fWRys
Hypothyroidism, or underactive thyroid, is a very common problem, and there are many reasons for this, including drinking chlorinated and fluoridated water, and eating brominated flour.
Chlorine, fluoride, and bromine are all in the same family as iodine, and can displace iodine in your thyroid gland.
Secondly, many people simply aren't getting enough iodine in their diet to begin with. The amount you get from iodized salt is just barely enough to prevent you from getting a goiter.
