Don't take diet pills. It's only a temporary solution. You're active and that's great. Try this for two days and see how you feel. Eat only when you're hungry and stop eating when you're not hungry anymore. You'd be surprised at how much you eat when you're not hungry. Just try it. You may end up eating at strange times, because you won't be hungry at the usual times. No pills, no special foods, no counting calories...Let your body be your guide. Try it!

Here's the best "pill" I can offer:

Here’s all you need to lose weight and get healthy. First, you have to realize there is no quick, long lasting weight loss plan or pill that is going to do the trick. It’s purely mental. You have to learn to “Eat to live, don’t live to eat”. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? It is, if you understand that you are going to be reprogramming how you think about eating for the next few weeks. Old habits die hard, right? Not really. You get rid of bad habits by replacing them with good habits. If you learn to count your calories, keep calorie intake lower than output, exercise moderately, and eat only healthy food, you will lose weight. That’s a fact. All it takes is repetition. All success stories have this in common: The successful folks among us know how to be patient, persistent, and consistent. Set a goal and stick with it. The benefits of feeling good will outweigh any sense of sacrifice you might feel about having to push away that cake and ice cream. Just dont eat breakfast, drink a cup of milk only and maybe about 10-15 cerial pieces along with your milk. For lunch bring the minimum you can so you can only buy one hotpocket or something like that and sometimes you feel a burst inside you to just throw it away cause you want to be on a diet, then do it. Dont over eat on dinner, no snacks at night and do about 100-200 jumping jacks. If you eat a little lunch in school about 3 days out of 5 days, you would loose wieght fast. Plus if you have P.E. try your best but dont force it or you might have die of exhastions or soemthing liek that.- True story found it on the news a kid ran then died right after cause of heart attack or something like that also listen to music that gets you pumped, helps alot.

I had this friend once, he was overwight and one kid that he hated from the beginning made fun of him and called him fat albert to diverse the attention from other people making fun of him to my friend. My friend got pissed and began doing what of that listed above and after he lost pounds and became an average he went back to that guy and beat the crap out of him.

You are 14 years old. You don't need diet pills. What you need is a comprehensive guide from a nutrionist and fitness trainer on how to lose weight. Besides, this is probably a psychological issue where you feel that you need to look good to feel belonged. Love your body for what it is. You are still young. Who knows what your body will look like later on. It might even be better than you imagine.

Don't take pills! Run! Eat less calories! How tall are you anyway? If you're like.. a 6 foot 14 year old then your bmi shouldn't be off too much... don't try any extreme dieting either, like not eating at all.. raise your metabolic rate by eating less, but more frequently, but don't eat chips and stuff like that.... I mean smaller meals, but more of them, spaced out... ask your parents if they could help you with a kind of meal plan like that.

Do not take diet pills, they cause more trouble than they are worth. Stay off the junk food, processed food, eat lots of fresh fruit and vege, drink good quality water, laugh a lot and don't take life too seriously.

Absolutely not. Talk to a doctor or nutritionist who can recommend a change in diet. Nothing can happen quickly and they can cause you to ahve a rapid heartrate, which with sports can be a deadly combo.
