Well i really like this girl. shes a wonderul girl and i keep thinking about her. She's beautiful, caring, nice and honest. I really like her but i just don't know if she likes me??
when would be a right time to ask her to go out with me and be my girlfried??

get to know her very well. Then see if she is actually the kind of girl that you were thinking of. Invite her over sometime and don't be NERVOUS! Give her the right respect that she needs. A lot of times girls hate guys who act sassy and want things their way. Ask her about herself and compare interests. Try and be her one of her CLOSEST guy friends, here's how:
1) Look at the guys that she watchs. Why do you think that she is watching them?
2) Try to accept some of their habits (GOOD ones)
3)Don't stalk her but say hi to her sometimes.
4) Try to be calm around her and act like she is a mediocre person; act like you WON'T die without her, unless if that is the guy she is searching for.
LASTLY
5) When she is VERY comfortable with you, then ask her by saying one of the following:
"Hey (her name), do you want to go out sometime?"
or
"Today I am feeling really sad, because I don't know if the girl I like wants to go out with me." then she will PROBABLY say, "Who is this 'girl' that you are talking about?" (or maybe in some other form) Then you should say, "(say her full name even middle name) that one special girl is you. Will you go out with me?"

Well, i think most girls show signs if they are into you like does she flirt? or get all huggy u know something like that.but i would have to say just go for it as a girl i like it when a guy tells me straight out that way if she does like you its out in the open and if she doesnt then at least you know and the right time would be whenever you are ready and feel confident enough to ask!

the best advice i can give is to start slow and build some ground with this girl.
first off, do you have her phone number?
that's one of the biggest steps because a phone number is the best way to keep things going.
then just casually ask to hangout sometime.
a movie with a group of your friends or something.
once you have some time spent together and you build some background then just go for it and ask her to be your girlfriend, just say i really like spending time with you i think your a cool person.
trust me just call her
talk awhile
girls love that sort of thing.

Say hi to her every once in a while. Once she starts saying hi back, or says hi to you first, talk to her and see where the conversation goes. Make sure she's single.. Once you see that she's comfortable talking to you, go right ahead and ask her out!

hi the best time would be in the moring but just ast her out if the date go's well ask her on a nother then ask her 2 be ur girlfriend. that what my boyfriend did and well that that says it. if she likes u she might ask u frist. i hope it works out 4 u.

you sholud first tell her what you feel about her then see how she takes it and dont let a whole time pass just like a one or two days and is she still has that same confident in you aske her out or then she will think you just lied to her dont wait a long time just tell her and ask her out

Start by giving her hints flirt with her if she flirts back there ya go. Are you friends? Talk to her best eay to ask is to just ask whats the worst that could happen?

Just be her friend and do things together. If something was meant to be it will happen. Hang out together as friends and you will know if she likes you or not. Try flirting like you would with anyone else and see if she bites.

Ok, next time you see her talk to her, put your charm on or whatever you do, when you think she's into you just ask her if she wants to have a couple of drinks. Then let nature take it's path.

It kinda depends on the situation you are in....
-if you already are friends, talk to her about it, bring it up...or just ask her to go to dinner/a movie with you and see what happens.
-if you dont talk ever/arent really close friends yet, dont just flat out ask her to go out with you, get to know her better first, see what she likes/doesnt like, and go from there!
