Ok I know this sounds like the most stupid question ever, but here goes. I gave a guy my number and he's all I can think about, he won't actually get the number till tomorrow(Friday), a lot of people are concerned/mad for/at me because he is 20 I am 16. my mom is fine with it as long as we aren't doing "it"(and yes I am a firm believer in abstinence). Now the weekend is creeping up on me and I’m worried about his call. What do I say, I really like him but become friends first? So what, have him call so I can ask if we can become friends? I’m SO confused. And the worst part...I can't talk to any of my peers about it cause they go off on this you should be careful don't do this do that BS. I can talk to mom about it, but it's not the same. I really need some advice, anyone care to help?

First of all, the age thing shouldn't be a problem unless it is to you. If you're "firm" in your resolve to "abstain" then no problem. Believe me, honey, this is not going to come up on the first date and if it does, ditch the guy and call your mom to pick you up as he is an A number one loser.
The worst mistake you can make is to start any conversation with a new guy about "feelings". Believe me. This is a big turn off for guys. It signals a needy desperate girl and he will run, not walk, the other way. So just keep any talk of emotional stuff for a day Waaaaay down the road, K?
Relax, take it easy. You are freakin out way too much here. It's just a date. Hopefully he will call and you'll get an invite for this weekend. If so, accept with grace and a smile. Clean up, look sweet and remember your "resolve" and don't get carried away.
Have fun, okay? Don't worry about things like how you feel about him and sex and what happens next. You may not even go for each other. Just take it one step at a time and don't get in too deep.

if you have his number call if not then just wait he might call Who cares what others say if you like him go for it you'll be 18 in less than 2 years don't ask him to be friends that sounds childish just ask him if he wants to hang out this weekend have fun

call him! age doesn't matter! time is running, just enjoy life. you are young and capable to that thing just always put a limitation.
