I like no bake peanut butter cookies. They're easy to make, inexpensive, and delicious.

What you need:
Measuring cup
Large mixing spoon
(I use plastic mixing spoons, the peanut butter sticks to wooden spoons.)
Mixing bowl
Waxed paper/Tin Foil
Powdered sugar
Nonfat powdered milk
White corn syrup or honey
(I like honey. Honey holds the mixture together better, has a more pleasant taste, and adds some great nutrional value to some already nutritional cookies.)
Smooth peanut butter

1 C peanut butter
1 C Honey/Corn syrup
1 1/4 C Powdered Milk
1 1/4 C Powdered Sugar

Stir ingrediants with mixing spoon until smooth. Roll dough into uniform balls and place on tin foil/wax paper.

I would make this fruit salad:
You could explain what vitamins and what it's health benefits are in each fruit while you cut up each fruit selection. Practice at home. Put the cut fruit in a serving size bowl as you cut it up.
1 apple (cubed)
1 orange(cubed)
1 banana (sliced)
1 pint strawberries (sliced)
In a cereal size bowl mix container of plain yogurt and honey, stir well. Make it rather sweet. Stir carefully into fruit and gently mix. Garnish with a few raisins and chopped walnuts and serve immediately. Don't forget to tell the nutritional value and benefits of the raisins/nuts/yogurt, too.
