Ummm...I'm curious as to why you're trying to solidify milk.

Adding vinegar to milk will make the milk curdle meaning the fat solids in the milk will separate from the water. Take one cup of milk, add three tablespoons of vinegar and let sit for a minute or so. Once your milk clumps, poor off the water and strain the curds. The remaining curds will be sour.

Other than that I would make custard or thick tapioca pudding with your milk.

Let it sit out at room temperature. It will get thick, cottage cheese like, and yucky!

Freeze it.

Or...leave it outside for a few days in the sun
