Has anyone tried it and if so did you feel any difference in your overall health? Or is it just a scam?

Such a scam! You have a BEAUTIFUL detox system in your body. It's your liver. Just be gentle to it, eat well, sleep plenty, and relax sometimes.

Sounds like a nice way to rip people off. Scam in my opinion.
