Well if you are playing Wagner's Ride of the Valkyries--end of the song, but if you are Playing Todd Rundren's Swing to the Right--middle of the song. If you are playing Elvis then you just swing the guitar throughout the song.

Swing it around yourself in the middle of the song.

It's an attention-getter, and that way, everyone in the audience is really gong to be watching you, wondering if you are going to do it again.

I'd do end. That way, if it gets stuck behind you, you won't have to stop in the middle of the song.
