Is this assuming I can come back to earth and enjoy it, or am I granted a wish knowing that I have to stay in heaven?
If I get to come back here, I'd ask for one last full day with my father (and the chance to see a few other folks I know who have passed on). If I can't come back, and I'm dead, I'm asking for everyone on earth to finally realize how important organ, tissue & blood donation is to the world.

Do we need to study our Bible? If I were in heaven, and in front of God, I would be laying on my face and trembling, in hopes that I would be found spotless and blameless in Christ. I would not be there to have one wish granted.
As long as it is in God's will, you can ask, and you shall receive in this life, right here on earth.
But for the sake of your far-fetched question, if that were the case, I would ask that He go ahead and bring on the end of evil, and create the new heaven and earth wherein dwelleth righteousness, and where Jesus rules and reigns, that I may be with Jesus.

I would wish never to go back to earth or have internal life.
Who could go through this for a second rounder?
- Some people always judging others life styles
- Crime, drugs, shooting, killings, fighting and never getting alone with people, places or things ......
Heck! Maybe this is Hell!

If there is a God, then I would probably wind up in hell. My wish would be that all my family was in heaven, and they were happy.

That's a silly scenario. God is not a genie and He doesn't do magic. He performs miracles when the situation calls for it but He is not an entertainer nor does He do tricks.
