Im Going on vacation for spring break with my best friend and her brother "the guy i like" and well I REALLY REALLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT!Well not just for him but for me!Everything i do never works i try to not eat bad foods doesnt work i try to exersize((SPELLING??)) i try not to eat at all DOESN'T work i mean im not like really fat but im not like really skinny either i wanna be able to wear a bikkini!I MEAN IS THAT SUCH A BAD GOAL!I've wanted to be able to do that my whole life it never happens!I NEED WEIGHT ADVICE!AND MY OTHER QUESTION TOO!GUY ADVICE!lol!

Well, if it is for spring break, look into getting "wrapped". I went down a pant size the same night. Around here (NC) it costs about $150 but you lose inches. They wrap you in Ace bandages soaked in minerals and have you lightly exercise for 45 minutes or so - they will re-apply the minerals a couple of times in between. I lost 18 1/2 inches my first trip and went from a size 14 to a size 12 that night. I am now at a size 10 and am going back next week to see if I can get down to a size 8. I go to Wrap Me Slender. They may have something similar near where you live. They guarantee 6 to 15 inches on the first visit. The catch? You have to keep up with your diet and exercise routine to keep the inches off. It is a great way to get those inches off fast and if you are really motivated, you will keep them off! Good luck!~

1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Drink nothing but water or green tea. Have some protein for breakfast every day. Do cardio for 30-60 minutes a day, plus lift some small weights. Three reps of 20 lifts. Stretch laboriously every morning. Stand up straight with your shoulders back. That automatically makes you look thinner.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
