I'm on a diet, have been for almost three weeks. I've lost a good bit of weight, But somtimes i get urges to eat like cookies, but i dont want to because if ill do i will just keep eating them and then ill think in my mind "Hey i already ruined it, so i should just keep eating!!" So i usually put a cookie in my mouth, chew it, and spit it back out. Is that bad? At all?

I dont want to ruin my diet, its just somtimes really tempting.

How can anyone say it's OK, that's crap.
This person is chewing, swallowing the juices and that's OK with you all?
grow up...this poor soul is being told that as Long as you swallow the carbs from the sugars and fats from the oils, it's OK...Wake up, it's not ok.

Sounds like purging before you swallow so I don't see any damage you could be doing to yourself and if it works for you..Just Do It!

I would say it isn't as bad as actually swallowing it because most of it doesn't get into your system.
