My mother told me this:
When i was almost 3 she purchased a pot sat it in a room, where we both stayed all day. She bought REAL panties. She needed to know how often i need to go.
(Be prepared to mop)
Once she knew that, she CONSTANTLY ask me. "Do you have to pee." She would sit me on the pot, for just a minute or two. If I didn't do anything i was allowed to get up. This went on for two days. And i learn how to pee by myself :) and my first complete sentence was "I don't have to pee"!

She has not gone once , since been introduced? Shame on the daycare. I am a pre=preschool teacher , I cannot accept that. Okay, let's start from scratch. Take her with you when you go, reward her for even the attempt on sitting on the pot. Think about when she usually goes during the day, take her right before the normal time in going in her diaper. Rewards should be stickers, use a chart or daily sheet. Let her add and pick her own stickers. Buy a book she will love, stipulation , she may only look at it on the pot. Buy her a favorite character potty seat. We have to change for every new hype, right now being Dora. There are books at the dollar store geared for her. Read the story, changing the character to her name. Praise her often , even just for attempting. Use Baby Sign language, can be found on Amazon, used. Baby Signs is the name of the book. I hope some of these suggestions will help. Also, buy her big girl underwear, the daycare should be equipped for accidents better that we are at home. I do also need to ask if she is doing everything else expected at her age?

Try to make it fun . Have you tried the Potty Elmo , potty training books , a pretty potty chair , run the water in the sink while she is on the potty . Have you tried the pampers that have the cool strip ?Also be sure and tell her what a big girl she is even if she does not succeed . You might call your pediatrician and see if he has any suggestions . Its much harder when they are in daycare .She will get the hang of it eventually .

With my first daughter we had a potty party every time she went to the potty.. I made little bags with stickers, a balloon, and a noise maker.. when she went to the bathroom we would blow up a balloon, and play the chicken dance song.. we would sing.. Kaylynn went to the potty.. she had to take a potty.. to the beat of the music.. we put her in regular panties. not pull ups so she could feel when she was wet.. with my second daughter.. she will be three next month.. she hates wearing pants.. she loves dresses.. she calles them princesses.. so when we put her in regular panties I told her that if she peed in her panties she would have to wear a pair of pants that princesses didnt pee in diapers.. after peeing in her dress and being put in panties once she stopped and started going to the potty .. My best advice would be find something and stick to it.. dont put too much pressure on her.. and reward her for a job well done.. pull ups are a waste of money .. use real panties.. let her pick them out.. hang in there she wont be in diapers forever.

Just keep reminding her how you are wearing big girl underwear because you go pee pee and poopy in the toilet. If she goes pee pee or poopy on the potty she can wear pretty princess big girl underwear (or whatever she's into).
