I need to wake up at 6:00 tommorow when I usually sleep till 7:30. I go to bed at 10, which is in a half hour. how do I go to sleep faster tonight so I'm not exhausted tommorow??

Spend a few moments in prayer or meditation, or whatever your process is for slowing down. Read a little, eat a little, then hit the hay. Don't go the pill or booze route, you won't feel rested in the morning.

I know it's going to be hard at first but try and not to play on the computer.I would turn it off and the lights and think about the nice things.

Turn off the computer, drink a glass of warm milk, and lay down.

Do a few exercises and you'll fall asleep real fast.

Some exercises you can do incluse situps, pushups, squats, jumpingjacks, or jogging in place..

do exercises and get yourself all exhausted but not to a point where you'll want to rest forever.
only to get yourself to sleep thru' the nite.
