Um, yeah, especially since he's supposed to have made Adam first.

Men and women are mammals (from the Latin mamma breast) a species that have breasts and feeds its young with milk. The human embryo has tissue that will evolve into breasts. Both male and female babies are born with nipples and ducts intact. It is the presence of genes that direct hormones to differentiate the breast tissue. The Y chromosome stimulates hormones such as testosterone to form male features.

Forget that, why wouldn't we just be made of rock? God has ultimate power over everything, right? Why would he make our bodies so overly-complicated? So many things can go wrong, it's really quite a poor design. Why make us so we have to eat? To breathe air? Why aren't we just one solid piece? Obviously an omnipotent being could do that, so why wouldn't he?

Maybe Adam didn't have nipples, and due to simple Mendelian genetics, Eve passed down the gene for having nipples.

And why do we have an appendix or a coccyx? If anything, all they do is give us pain. That would've been a way better question.

We are all female the first few weeks after conception, and then the testosterone kicks in for males, which leaves them with vestigial nipples.

I'd say it was intelligent design at the start, from a biological standpoint, except for that part when the testosterone kicked in. hehe j/k

It's called Unintelligent design. God had a couple of Zima's before he created the universe and humans.

I believe it's decorative. God might have had quite weird taste in design.
