im 14 years old and im about 5,4 all the kids at my school make fun of me beacuse im short.. i work out about 1-2 times a week , i curl 50 pounds and bench press 60. is that why im not growing? im just wondering if theres any tips for how to grow taller. I need help thx

Well NOTHING will make you grow taller. My little brother use to be very small and skinny until he turned 15 and then he shot up like a weed!!! Yep like a whole foot in 2 years.

So don't worry, you'll keep growing. Just make sure you understand that being tall isn't what makes you a good person; WHO you are does.

You probably won't like this answer but how tall are your parents?

As my sons who are 6'1'', 6'2" and 5'11" have said to me, if I were taller they would be taller! I'm 5'4"! It's genetics!

you still growing! you will reach you maximum height at age 18-21.To gain extra cm of height you can do swimming or skipping
