I am trying to diet! I am trying to eat veggies and fruit can you eat to many? What is the best portion control what do you suggest? Kinds?

too many is too much fiber and if you eat too many fruit that is too much sugar. it will make you bloated, gassy and might lead to candida (yeast) overgroth in your intestines and you dont want that.
all you need is 5-8 servings a day.

Fruit cereal would be good for breakfast.. OR omg, Well, I love this stuff and it's meant for diet-ee's. Grape Nuts cereal. You can put fruit in it too if you like :D Just don't skip breakfast. No matter to what others believe, you can actually gain weight by skipping breakfast. For lunch/dinner.. have a veggie to go with it ^^; More the better ;D For drink.. water.. Or if your sick of water, I like the flavored Dasani water, but that's passing money budget for me.. )';

Careful with grapefruit because it causes some medications you might take to not work.

You cannot eat to many fruits or vegetables but you need meat as well for protein.

Soy is toxic and is especially harmful for people with thyroid problems or on thyroid medication.

If you check mypyramid.gov and enter your height and weight it will provide you with an accurate amount of fruits and vegetables to eat. You should try to eat a variety of fruits in vegetables because different colors have different nutrients and health benefits. :)

You will feel full sooner. Lots of fibre. Best portion control is your control. Make it a restaurant size meal(and not from the smorgasbord) what they ( the restaurant serves on a plate.

i don't think you can eat too many but you shouldn't forget other kinds of foods that are good for your body as well. Don't just eat that all day.

Too many isn't healthy either. You need accurate amounts.

Check the Food Pyramid.
