Ok, so here's the details. I am in junior high in grade 7 and I have this huge crush on this girl but she seems to not be paying attention to me, I just wanna be friends with her, not too personal, just like uh friends. Today we had to choose books and she realy wanted this book and I ran to get that book, so I told her hey i am that book but she didn't pay attenion but when somebody else ( a friend of hers) told her that I had the book. SO she practically comes begging to me to give her the book and take her book that she had from the same series. So i OBVIOUSLY say fine and she's like THX so much! then she sorta hugs me!! Now what du i do, to become friends!!!

Well, first of all dont be too creepy or stalkerish because girls HATE HATE HATE that...i have this guy who will not leave me alone and i've given him all the i dont like you signals anyway....next just try to get to know her i mean TALK to her dont just admire her from a far..make her laugh if a guy can make me laugh consistantly hes won half the battle for sure. After you feel a little more comfortable with you and she aknowledges your existence try to hang out with her friends because she'll see that its important to you to you know be social and stuff. Then maybe sit next to her in the lunch room (i remember 7th grade and in my school whenever a guy did that the girl definatly got the message that he liked her) after you do this if your good at math and you can tell she is struggling offer to help her!!!!!!!!!! girls love it when the guy is caring and obserbant enough to realize that she could use some help. and if she accepts your invitation for help dont consider it a date consider it hanging out with a friend so it donest get too werid. and when you help her dont get frusterated and spaz at her try to keep it fun so she doenst get too bored. Also if shes the smarter of you two...as her for help...it may feel strange but you would have to be the biggest freak on the planet for me (or most girls) to not help you if you asked. so basically
1. talk to her
2. talk to her
3. talk to her
and overall just try to get to know her and if she doesnt respons to any of these things shes probaby a. stuck up or b really doesnt like you for some reason...and if she doesnt like you dont worry about it its 7th grade you will have plenty of time to like girls. (sorry i sound like a parent but its true)

I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!!!

U explained everything, and that's good. Well if she's not going to pay attention to you, but keeps asking for stuff, is she really worth it? If so, read this next part.

Get to know her a little better to become friends. You may even figure out she's not your "friend" type at all. But maybe she is. Telll her you want to be friends. It may be weird at first, but you'll get used to it. You evem may be rejected at first. If so, try again in a bit. She may not be into boys yet. But who knows, it's defenitly a possibillity. Get to know her, and everything will fall into place. So always get to know a girl before you are friends with her. If you have any more questions please feel free to e-mail or IM me. I'm here from 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm. . Thanx!

she began the friendship with the hug, now it your move...as soon as you see chance to hug her (appropriately, like she did you,) then do it. I'm happy for you.
