About ECFMG examination?

Doctors who passed these exams or preparing to take it, where did u find the materials to study?

I was not required to take the ECFMG, but below are a few websites that have some study material.

Looks like you need to concentrate on English (if it's a second language for you), plus the four USMLE steps (I, II, IICS, and III). For that I'd find a good study guide or a review course like Kaplan.
