In my communication class we are doing informative speeches and I wanted to do a speech on health and bring a healthy snack to class. Can anyone help me out with some good health receipts. I prefer snacks or breakfast, because my class is in the morning, but anything will help. Thank you!!!

You can do a good, healthy frozen fruit salad. It's 1 part vanilla yogurt to 1 part fat-free Cool Whip, to 1 part fruit. You can pick anything that you like to go in it.

Then you leave it in the freezer overnight. Traditional frozen fruit salad has marshmallows in it, but this is creamier and better tasting.

Sure - easy. Cut up fruit. Sound too simple? No way - gotta take it cut-up to class you have to make sure it doesn't oxidize (brown on the outisde before you get there ~ use some Fruit Fresh), then offer lemon yogurt to dip the slices in, it is simple and really really good..........but different.

fruit salad are not such a good idea since fruit loses its vitamin fast after cutting and it turns brown.

Try bring a carton of non-fat milk, a small pack of wheat/oats cereal (not the honey star or coco crunch type), a cup of yougurt preferably with pcs of fruit in it.

To demo: Pour half the cereal into a glass bowl, top with half the yogurt and cereal and yougurt again. topping off with milk.
