I there was i would know because i have ct. The only thing that really works is surgery. Or find some other job that does not irritate the problem unless it has gone to far. I even heard that physical therapy works but everyone that has taken that route says it does not work. And CP is not a joint thing. It is a tube that surrounds a network of nerves.

The surgery isn't bad. I actually was allowed to watch the operation for about five minutes after the wrist was opened up.
I needed no pain meds after, in fact the discomfort was less after the surgery. It works and it is an easy procedure.

I would try fish oil or emu oil as both these type of oils are good for arthritis.

I would try fish oil. It helps a lot with arthritis so I;m sure that it would be good for carpal tunnel as well. Also glucosamine is used in treating arthritis as well.

Glucosamine/chondritin. But it's expensive. Supposed to help with joints.
