I work with her and she's a cool girl, but she's not my type relationship wise. I like spending time with her and don't want to hurt her feelings or damage our professional relationship. What do I do?

It's easier to answer this by telling you what NOT to do.
-- Don't do anything that would make her think you like her "that way." That means -- don't get drunk and sleep with her, don't touch her, don't compliment her on her hair/eyes/body... you get the idea.
-- Do drop subtle hints about other people you may be interested in or dating.
-- And if it comes up in conversation, tell her how much you value your friendshiip, and that you have a personal ethic that prevents you from dating those you work with.

If you care about her, you would just tell her. So many people are afraid of being honest and frank with one another today, its horrible...you will gain more respect and will feel better about telling her rather than "dropping hints"...also, it will also give you practice before you get to more serious situations in life...Telling her shows maturity and you can also display your concern and ask her if there's anything you can do to help her. Let her understand that you don't feel comfortable entering a relationship that you don't think will raise you both to your highest potentials, relationship wise, and that you'd rather be able to talk with one another as friends.

Try saying it subtlely drop clues clues and perhaps she'll get it. But if nto just go ahead and tell her explain in the nicest way possible that you thing she's kool but u dont really want to have a relationship with her just a friendship.

Honestly tells her how you feel about her. Don't try to lie in order not to hurt her feelings. if she realise the truth then she'll feel more hurt that you lied. Just let her know that you really cherish this relationship and would like to keep it that way.

Theres no "best" way to let a girl that likes you kno that you only want to be friends. But i would over all suggest that you either do in person or in a note. Dont let one of her friends tell her [BAD IDEA] and deff. dont tell her over the comp.
but make sure she knos u'll still always be there for her like a true friend would

By taking the direct approach and telling her "hey (_____), you know I really value your friendship and Im glad I have such a cool friend like you but I am not interested in you in any other way but just as friends"--If she gets pissed then thats on her...... she isnt mature enough to handle the truth....

you the two deserve unfastened time removed from one yet another to be with pals. sure i think of she ought to have went out and had her relaxing. in case you completely love her and have confidence her then there must be no issues. to offer her a time to be in this is greater such as you're taking part in a place of being her father.

Please just tell her, as kindly as possible but be direct. Just avoiding it is the worse kind of hell for both of you. Clear the air and you can both move on and hopefully still have a good working relationship.

introduce her to ur girflfriend. even if its just a nother female buddy and be ready for her face to drop but dont give in . if she confrotns u say i didnt know u like me like that but to be honest i never date any one i work with anyway.
or tell her shes like a sister to you. thatll cler things up real quick.
u can also introduce her to ur male friensd as one of the guys and fart around her.
