Shampoo w/ built in coloring isn't going to help much. You'll probably end up w/ funny looking tinted hair.

Gray hair really needs permanent color for even coverage. You can use an at home kit or go to a salon.

If your hair is a nice color and in good shape, it's probably best to keep it natural and focus on getting a great hair cut.

I think Grecian Formula is about the only option for men. They have shampoos now, besides just the comb-in fluid. Or go to a stylist, and ask for a hair dye to your natural color. I did it that way, and it's not bad. The color lasts 2-3 months, and only costs about twice what a regular haircut does. And the result looks better than whatever one can do oneself, at home. Lots of men are getting dye jobs these days, so don't think it's "strange."
