Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

i might not have the best answer but i hope you'll try this
for me i have not been eating after 6 and when my family is eating dinner around 7
i jog/walk around my block with my sister.
and i think that helped me alot, actually
and
not eating doesn not make yoou lose weight, you need to eat the right amount and then excersie EVERYDAY.
even fo rlike 10-15 mintues.
and
i don't hwo your body looks like right now but a diet depends on how mnay body fat you have and ect.
