billy- shy, a little older than you, kind of quiet, face with
sharp(er) features, former stoner, he is nice but quiet, always thinks everything is his fault and tries to make people as happy as possible, hotness scale (1 being Mike Myers and 10 being Johnny Dept) he is about a 3.5, very little experience, oh and did i mention SHY!
charlie- a great friend, funny, a little younger than you, makes flirty gestures and jokes (hey baby your sexy etc), somewhat experienced, hotness meter 3.75, oh and did i mention that he is your best friend!
i dont know who to choose, they both like me though which makes it harder. who would you choose?

you obvouisly aren't very nice when it comes to judging guys looks, i just hope neither one of them gets on Answers...and if charlie likes you a lot, and you go out, and then somethin bad happens, you're kinda screwed cause it's gonna be werid after that... well most of the time. and as with Billy, i think i'm a lil more like him, minus the shy and quiet part, so i'm a guy, it might be werid, but as long as billy isn't still a stoner, you should pick him.

Personally the shy guy. Shy guys tend to be very relationship oriented if you have the patience to endure. They rarely get involved with anything they do not have a passion for.
The other guy is you best friend for a reason, don't blow that. Those type of reltaionships usually don't last long as you miss things about your former relationship as friends.
I vote for the shy guy.

do you like either of them? or do just want to be with one of them becasue they both like you? anyways i can't answer for you but i would chose billy, for some reason. charlie sounds okay but he's a best friend so you should ask if your willing to risk your friendship. if you really can't decide flip a coin.
billy=heads
charlie=tails
if it lands on head (for example) and you don't like it then you like charlie more, but if it lands on head (for example) and you do like it then you like billy more. sorry if i didn't explain that very well.

i would choose CHARLIE he sounds really cool........ but then again billy sounds nice......... but the hottness scale shows a lot so ........ CHARLIE is my choice!!!!
