i really like this awesome girl and i dont kno the best way to tell her. do i tell her in person? over the phone? and then what do i do after i tell her?

If there is anything a woman dislikes, it is a man who is going too strong. So, don't even tell her. Instead, ask her for her phone number and then call a week later and ask her for a date the following week. This will signal that you are interested in her.
Good women want a man who is a Challenge; he maintains an aura of indifference, doesn't show all his cards, has mystery, doesn't get mushy on her, etc. Why? Because they are the ones who are always chased around by a zillion men. They never get to do the chasing; and when they meet that man who is different from the others and is indifferent towards them, they will have to work hard to get that guy. After all, you value something more if you worked really hard to get it, don't you?
Telling her you like her takes out all the fun in the game of love... and its weak because you are showing your cards and getting mushy on her. And weak (nice) guys get no Respect, which is the foundation of all romantic relationships.

If you like her, tell her. Even if you just walk up to her and have everything seem awkward.. It won't seem like that forever. Just don't bring it down like a bomb. Relax~ After you tell her, if you want to be in a relationship with her.. then.. ask her out I guess. Go with the flow :D

i find notes easier to tell a person.Just tell them that u like them and was wondering how they fell about u.That ALWAYS works

is she shy ? if so on the phone.
But if not defenetly in person she will apriciate it more; )
