Couple different ways
You can take 3 tbs spoons of water and put it in the bottom of a pan and season the pork chops in salt and peper- let them bake for about 15 minutes (maybe 20 ) if electric oven at 350'
covered with a tight lid or foil- or
You can put two cups of oil in a deep pan and allow it to get hot
coat the pork chops in all purpose flour (regualr) that has been seasoned in salt pepper and any season that you like
(i like adobo) cook them until golden brown

Pork chops should be cooked in a pan over medium heat. The heat in an oven will dry them out. Spray the pan with PAM and add some margarine. They should be cooked until brown outside. ALL of the inside meat should be white. It is not like beef where you can cook it rare. For seasoning just a little salt and pepper will do.
You might want to try roast pork loin, which is even easier. It is a bit more expensive but tastes great. Get one or two loins and shake on pepper and garlic salt. Put in a baking bag and put strip of bacon on top of the loin(s). Cook at 350 degrees for about 1.5 hrs. The baking bag will get big (like microwave popcorn popping) but this is the way it is supposed to be. You will end up with a moist and tasty treat. You can buy pork gravy at the store.

For thin chops. Put enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan and get it hot not to hot (med heat), wash off pork with warm water and salt an pepper them. Use fork and put them in frying pan and cook till brown on each side add more olive oil if needed. Takes about 5 to 6 min per side for well done and flip at least twice per side. For thick chops put in oven pan (350deg) clean pork chops salt and pepper and put in pan and pour in apple juice till half way on pork chops. Cook for at least 1-1/2 hour and if real thick 2hours. Yea that is well done, if you have ever gotten sick from eating medium well done pork then you would understand.

Alright, bachelor boy. Here you go. Buy two nice chops, one inch thick. Get them from the butcher. Take the little tray from your toaster oven, and press a sheet of tin foil in the bottom. Flip over the little rack that fits in the tray, so the rack is elevated. With a little paper towel, rub a bit of cooking oil on the wires of the rack. Sprinkle some Ms. Dash Mesquite flavor on the chops. (It's salt-free.) "Wipe it in" with the flat side of a knife. Flip the chops and repeat. Get out your timer. Put the chops on the rack. Put the tray in the oven. Turn the oven to "Broil." Set the timer for 5 minutes. Flip -> 5 minutes -> Flip -> 5 minutes -> Flip -> 5 minutes (10 minutes per side total.) They're done. Serve with a little applesauce. If your girlfriend stands you up, eat 'em both. :-)

I use some butter in the bottom of a pan and stove top stuffing with water to cover the amount of stuffing then place the chops on top sprinkle some salt on them and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Serve some apple sauce with it.
You can bake medium sized potatoes at the same time and a veggie or a salad.

Dip them in egg and then flour or bread crumbs . You can put seasonings in the flour/crumbs. Like salt, pepper, season salt is quick and easy. Then just fry them on the stove with a little oil or shortening.
Or cook them in the over. Put tin foil on a cookie sheet and just put the breaded chops right on there. Probably at 350 for maybe a half hour or more depending on how thick they were.

Lightly sprinkle chops with tenderizer. Put the chops in a frying pan with water (enough to barely cover the chops) and boil covered for about twenty mintues. Remove cover and boil water out, then brown the chops on both sides when all the water is gone. . .

Yum, pork chops!!! Not sure what's in a 20 year old's kitchen, but here's a recipe I use at home:

4 bone-in porkchops (not too thick)
1/2 onion, sliced into rings
1 box Kraft Mac and Cheese
1 3oz container cream cheese (optional)

Season chops with salt and pepper and brown in a little oil. Set aside and add onion. Cook until translucent. Make mac and cheese according to the directions, increasing milk slightly if you don't have cream cheese. Put mac and cheese in baking dish and top with chops. Put onions on top of chops and cover. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour (depending on thickness) at 350 degrees. These are great!!!

My greatgrandmother's recipe--

Pork chops
Italian seasoned bread crumbs (or plain, if you don't have seasoned)
Egg(s)
Bacon grease (or olive oil--but bacon grease gives better flavor :))

Put oil (or grease) in a skillet. Maybe a few tablespoons for every 4 porkchops. Heat over medium heat until hot (but not smoking).

Beat egg(s) and dip chops in egg. Dredge in bread crumbs and coat well, shaking off any excess. Fry over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and continue to cook until done. How long it takes to cook them depends on how thick they are. I use 1/2 inch chops (bone in) and it takes about 10 minutes total cooking time.
