Depends if the conch cohabitates with clams, clean clams that is. Clams have this ability to dig themselves into a rut and cause all kinds of conch related problems.

Don't know what a conch is, but if a regressive energy (bad spirit) is what your referring to, than understand these energies feed on fear, pain and suffering.
It is essential that the 'human host' stay in positiveness and self-love. The best way to do this is to remind yourself of your defining 'happy moments' in life, your successes, then feel it. To a regressive energy it is painful to them, to feel positive energy.
If this doesn't seem to be effective contact your local Spiritualist Church. There are mediums of all specialities, sometimes even exorcists.
