You may sometimes see small specks or clouds moving in your field of vision. They are called floaters. You can often see them when looking at a plain background, like a blank wall or blue sky. Floaters are actually tiny clumps of gel or cells inside the vitreous, the clear jelly-like fluid that fills the inside of your eye.
Floaters may look like specks, strands, webs or other shapes. Actually, what you are seeing are the shadows of floaters cast on the retina, the light-sensitive part of the eye.

yes, this is very common. It's a typical symptom of getting older. These are called floaters. They are not dangerous and sometimes they go away.
If you are worried about this see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible just to make sure it's not something serious like a detached retina.
If you have any further questions please let me know,

Yep. "Floaters" Cells in the vitreous fluid of your eyes. Most every one has some. If they get worse or appear suddenly you need to see an opthamologist for possible retinal detachment. Otherwise sit back and enjoy the show. There is no remedy.

I actually work for an optometrist's office and what you are experiencing is called "floaters" lol. You might want to make an appointment with your doctor just to have your eyes checked out if you get them frequently. Hope I could help!

They are called 'floaters' and the eye doctor says there is nothing you can do about them right now. I use to just see them when my eyes were closed and I looked at a bright light. Now, I see them with my eyes open.
