You are supposed to ignore those feelings if you are trying to get the best out of your practice. Your instructor is a totally different subject! If he is serious about what he does he cannot possibly take you serious if you do not take his work serious!

Well I think you're not exactly concentrating on what you should be. However as an instructor with a lot of girls in my classes (about 40% total) I have 7 or 8 teens from 14-19 that come regularly. If one of them was feeling that way I would like for them to tell me. I'm a mature adult and can handle that kind of information just fine. I'd like to know simply to help them get "back on track." I'd also like to know so that I can make sure to handle that student a little different if need be and not accidentally give them the wrong idea... ever. You should consider telling your instructor, if they are mature enough it will not be a problem and they will be able to help you move passed it and move forward.

Meditation is not just for concentration and progress in martial arts.It is an art of knowing thyself.know yourself. It's the greatest job you can do on earth.Concerned to your problem
don't compress your desire but understand it.If your desire is in its earlier stage don,t bother much.If the problem is serious take a counseling from a good psychologist.

It sounds to me as if you are using the wrong focal point for your meditation.

I would suggest that you make it a point to either meditate elsewhere or find a different instructor.

Your feelings are getting in the way and will SEVERELY limit your progress.

Do not ignore it, it is a source of great power. A river carries much power to the sea, but it is not useful until someone builds a dam and directs the power to where the work is needed.

yes, I would just let those feelings stay inside because what if you reveal it and your instructor is weirded out and you dont get the same kind of treatment

If you are studying kama sutra, then knock yourself out. Anything else, get your head back in the proper place and concentrate on martial arts. Not making babies.
