its romanian. it means 'only only'. the band that made it(O-zone) is romanian and that song that you got that from is not called the numa numa song. its called Dragostea Din Tei(drag-oh-stah-din-tay). the band also has another song called Numai Tu(noo-my-too), wich translates to 'only you'. just to let you know i did not use that translater garbage and i dont know know romanian, i learned from experience.

diorpersoncj is right except for the fact that o-zone is from Moldova. But the language there is almost the same as Romanian so the translation is correct.
