That kind of music is called "instrumental". You can go to a store a buy an instrumental disc that has really good beats from popular songs, etc. Or you can download instrumental music.
For ex. Let's say this song is called "Lala"
I'll go to a download engine and type in "Lala instrumental"

and it stands for: Musical Instrument Digital Interface.
aka music without the singer.
Just do a google or yahoo search on MIDI's and you maybe able to find your music and download it!
