How can I meet a guy who I have only seen, yet not spoke with?

This seems almost "childlike" to me. I just moved out of an apartment complex and there was this guy I saw almost every day. I am extremely attracted to him, but we have never spoke. I no longer live there, but have moved down the street. If I was 16, I'd leave a note on his windshield, but I'm 40!!! I don't want to stalk him, but would love to meet him. How can I meet this guy?

Make a little web page about yourself.

Leave a note on his windshield, including the URL.

If you think about it, you should find a way to do that that meets the "Not a stalker" and "Not a desperate slut" criteria.
