I'm in love with my best friend and I told her. She either doesnt love me back or doesn't believe me. I really want to be her friend but it's hard for me to ignore my feelings for her when i'm with her. I rarely ever see her and we only communicate with e-mail. And when I do see her, I always hug her and hold her tight. I kiss her on the cheek and neck and one time we kissed on the lips but it was quick. I love this girl with all of my heart but I dont want to hurt myself when I'm with her. I can't pretend I dont love her. What should I do? I want to be her friend but its hard because I have intense feelings for her.

I hate to say bud, but you have to pretend the you are not so interested. Otherwise you will scare her away.

Be out going, I know, if you are really in love...You will not be thinking clearly, and by that, I mean everything you say and do will feel awkward to you. That is because it is. Don't be a fool. You have to get back into the zone where she is confortable being around you. Make it safe for here to be close. Then work on saying things other than "I love you."

You say that to you mom, or you relatives, not to your super hot female friend.

You should talk about things that she is interested in. NOT SEX. Try to do things together, and when another guy trys to get close or push you out of the way. BE A MAN, and stake your claim. SHE will hate you for it, but it is better than her running around with someone that is not as good as you.

Do you believe that? I hope not.

Think about it this way. A relation ship is a negotiation, you have to be able to bring something to the table. She already has your friendship, so show her your skills. You dreams, and listen really well, b/c if you are only thinking about how great it is to be close to her...It is really gonna suck when she is gone.

If the feeling is not mutual, you are beating a dead horse...I don't mean to be harsh but, she does not feel the same way as you (it is a one-sided relationship)...I'm sorry but you can't make someone love you...consider this also; maybe this relationship is too much for her, that is why she hasn't made any commitments (loving you back, etc)...you need someone who is available for you...

You have what every one's looking for, not only someone you love but someone you like, tell her again, this time get her flowers or something romantic, take her some were romantic, show her the other side of you, good luck!

Hun, let's face it. She only wants you as a friend. You have to make a choice. Get over your feelings for her, hide your feelings, or move on and not be friends.
