In what world is playing hard to get considered to be aggressive? That's advice. If he tells you to be more aggressive he's telling you to do the exact opposite of that. Two many people think that women should be reserved or wait for the guy to make the first move and many guys HATE that. So you should ask him out and set up dates. Take a lead role and be more interesting.

He wants you to take the lead in your relationship. Tell him what you want. Make a play for him. He wants you to kiss him first and any number of things first. Not all guys like that. I can go either way. Just as long as a woman acts like a woman and NOT a man it's cool.

.....wow.... more aggressive.... I'm just gonna go ahead and assume he's talkign about sex, if not, sorry! If he's saying be more aggresive, do exactly that, what else could he mean by aggresive. Be roughI guess, try to take charge, us guys like that.... I will feel like a total freak if he wasn't talking about sex.....

Well, assuming you mean sexually that could mean he wants you to initiate sex more often, get on top, or other things. You really need to ask him for clarification.
Assuming he does not mean sexually, he may mean you should stand up for yourself more often or more vigorously. Once again, why aren't you asking him instead of us?

I'm a chic, but I'd guess he wants you to initiate sex more often, ride on top, and think hard about whips, chains, and handcuffs. Yee-haw!

Hold him close and tell him how you feel about him. If you know in your mind that it is right go for it but use protections.

He wants sex to be your idea and initiated by you. Or you may be too submissive in dealing with public situations.

Not to sound cheezy, but ask him what he means. If you want to pleasure him ask him what he means and try it if you feel comfortable.

if he pushes on you (flirt) push back harder eg:
him:its hot
you:i know
(start to take off your shirt or fan your self)
him: Damn baby
(start to sit on his lap or feel on his arms and sholders{make him feel manly})
do what ever yuor mind tell yo to do
