He probably just wants to hump. Once he shoots the little swimmers he'll change his mind and tell you to go home until he calls you for another session. He's just got baby batter on the brain.

He does seem to want to be your boyfriend again but I wouldn't jump into it again. You guys separated for a reason. If I were you I would take it slow and feel him out to see if he REALLY wants you back or if he just wants sex and to say he has a girlfriend like a trophy.
I'm not going to lie this message does seem a little on the fake side. Especially since it was a text message. He couldn't even write it on a piece of paper or talk to you. That alone makes it seem a little fake.
With that said he might have had something happen to him (like family member died, lost his job, ect.) which is unlikely. If that's the case then he was stressed out and could handle a girlfriend. I know, when my dad got diagnosed with ALS. I completely dropped everything 'cus I was so stressed out. If that's the case I'd go out with him again because he's really sorry.
Even if you don't care what I have just typed I would advise you to look at him objectively in order to truly understand his motives. Make a list of his pros and cons. I'm a guy so I know that there are a whole bunch of guys who have girlfriends who are wrapped around their fingers and basically believe anything that they say. So all I'm saying is make sure you know exactly what kind of guy he is.

He wants to let you know that he is feeling bad about the split, and that he still has feelings for you. But is he wanted you back surely he would ask?? Is there another woman?...I think you should play it cool, cause if he thinks he can have you back so easily he might not be so keen. They generally are more keen on what they can't have

If he is serious( i dont konw the story so i cant say much) give him one more chance. If there was a reason you two broke up(abuse, verbal physical, unfaithful, lie's like crzay, rushed into physical relation) then give it more time for him to get over you. You dont want to get mixed up with a guy that will be like that.

Probably realizes he made a mistake by breaking up with you. Do what your heart tells you too. If you really like him then ask him. If you just "like" him then your too good for the im sorry i screwed up crap.

it might be he just realised he's in e wrong breaking up with u. some guys took some time to realise it. But it depends on how long have u both broken up. If it has been quite long, then don't think he's sincere in patching up with you.
