Here's my case:
He's VERY VERY shy and one day when I came in he smiled at me, but after that he always really AVOIDS my gaze, he just looks at the floor.. He dosen't know I like him.. well I haven't told him.
Do u think he really hates me? what should I do?

If he is shy, then you need to be the one to approach him. Just keep in mind that approaching doesn't mean attacking. Be slow, start with saying hi and go from there.

Most shy people (I used to be one) will never look people in the eye, either being afraid of offending someone, or being embarassed by something (how they look, how they act, ect, ect.)
I would start by becoming friends with him first. Most shy people don't have much (if any) self-confidence, so having friends is good. Then after a little while, ask him how he feels. Just... don't rush him.
Also... shy people generally don't hate to many people...

His actions are consistent with your typical shy male however if he is starring at the floor I doubt if its just to avoid eye contact,I think he is hiding within himself an insecurity that usually comes from a limited amount of interaction with opposite sex.I.m afraid that if you don't approach him you will never know

feel that you may like him. You should just let him be. Shy guys may not like aggressive girls. Slow down and let him
make the next move is he is really interested, yo will know.

Clearly he doesn't hate you, or he wouldn't smile at you. It's hard to tell more beyond that, so I'd recommend getting to know him as a friend first, and working from there, slowly but surely.

if he looks at the floor then somethings happening inside him mabie he likes you and is embaressed and the first time he smiled because he did not know that he likes you but then he relized and now he gets shy thats what happens to me in that case maybe you should approach him i know its hard but be brave

Tell him how you feel you might be shocked and the reason he looks at the floor is probably because he likes you and is to scared that you will turn him down tell him it will be good!

I think he really likes you. He is probably not sure of what to say to you because he is afraid of being rejected and looking like a fool. Try talking to him and asking him if he would like to go to a movie or something.

if u like him then increase contacts with him. try to talk to him. let him make understand that u love him. if possible give him a cheat. if he responds well then ok. otherwise forget him. try a new venture. enjoy the life!
