Turn ons for looks: Bubble butt (not saggy), D cups or higher, and dark skin (or at least a healthy tan).
Turn ons for personality: Smart, intellectually curious, able to handle herself in conversation, high self esteem, but not arrogant or vain.
Turn off for looks: Facial hair. It's just gross when you're kissing. Potbelly. A woman can be thick or even overweight and still be attractive, but a potbelly looks nasty. Too masculine.
Turn offs for personality: Mean, stupid, overly sensitive, snobby, catty, jealous.

I would say I speak for most men when I say facial hair and a double chin are very attractive features on a women.
