ok, I have a strange condition that I was born with, so its not fungus. My toenails literally grow upward. I've tried fyling them and clipping them downward, but nothing works, what can I do?

Have you considered getting them pulled. Might be less pain in the long run?? What about going to a podiatrist. They specialize in feet and might have some good ideas.

Visit a podiatrist. My mother had a similar problem and the podiatrist decided to remove the nails surgically. Her case was extreme, she couldn't even wear shoes and walking was pianful. If yours aren't that bad, there might be something else to treat the problem.
