They'll be looking for the best singer.
The only tip is to not expect so much from her, and be glad if she wins.
If not, don't make her feel bad or tell she could've done better.
Let her know that she's always the BEST!!!!!

They'll want range...it's not the easiest song. Make sure your daughter practices very hard, and sit in on her rehersing. Give your constructive critisism, even if she doesn't like it.
If some of the notes are to high, suggest singing louder, and more through her stomach. Personally, there are some notes I can only hit at my full volume.

i am not that much of a judge and of a signer either.. but the best thing is.. just let your daughter be comfortable on what she would wear.. on what she would sing.. and just let her have fun.. in that way. she can be on her best.. and as a father, be a moral booster!!=D goodluck!!!
