if i put like a turquose blue highlights in my hair if my hair is really dark brown almost black??

Any unnatural colours in your hair would look just that -- unnatural. I would go with a colour that is actually seen in your hair in the light. Stand in the sun, and ask a friend to tell you what colour your hair is tinted in the sunlight. That is the colour your highlights should be. I'm partial to lowlights, they look less fake. (Slightly darker sections around the areas you want highlighted.)

I think it'd look really cool. But it may not show up very well on dark hair... But if it does I think it'd be awesome. Best of luck!

no it wont.. the highlight should be a little more lighter... so it would be balance.. if its not.. your hair would look very heavy...
